Since opening Lucky Diamond in 1994, our family has been committed to offering finely crafted gold jewelry with honesty, care, and fair pricing. For over 30 years, we’ve proudly served our community as a small, family-owned business built on trust and long-term relationships.

Over the past three years, gold prices have surged to historic highs and have become increasingly volatile. These sustained increases represent some of the most dramatic market shifts we have experienced since our founding. As gold continues to fluctuate daily, pricing jewelry accurately has become more complex across the entire industry.

Unlike large corporate retailers, Lucky Diamond intentionally operates on thin competitive margins to keep authentic gold jewelry accessible. While this approach benefits our customers, it also means that rapid increases in gold costs affect us immediately and significantly.

Although our online presence has grown, Lucky Diamond remains a small, hands-on, family-run jewelry store. Our entire website—pricing, product listings, updates, and maintenance—is managed by just two people, myself included, in addition to our many other daily responsibilities such as in-store service, custom design work, repairs, sourcing, order fulfillment, and customer support. With thousands of individual gold items listed online, maintaining perfectly real-time pricing during periods of extreme gold market volatility is not always possible.
