Enjoy complimentary standard domestic shipping (USPS First Class/Ground Advantage) on orders of $100 or more.

 

General Shipping Information

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. And an additional 4-10 business days for domestic delivery.
  • Shipping timelines indicated above are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibility for claims made with the shipping carrier.
  • For security reasons, we can only ship to the address provided at checkout. We will not intercept a package or alter its delivery once it has been handed over to the courier.
  • If you need to change any information for an order (shipping/billing address, payment information, etc.), you may request a cancellation of your order by contacting us immediately at info@lucky.diamonds. Once your order has been successfully cancelled, you may submit a new order with your revised information.

 

Additional Shipping Information for International Orders

  • Deliveries outside of the US, such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia, and any other applicable country not listed here, may be subject to additional duties and import taxes to be collected on delivery.
  • Please note that we do not have any control over them and cannot advise as to how much the cost will be. For more details, please contact your country's customs office.
